The room
Husk is a micro diner and bar: an open kitchen, grass-fed beef smashed to order, southern-fried chicken, and everything handed over in paper.
The characters on the walls — the Whale and the Mouse — have been part of Husk since day one, which is why the place feels less like a restaurant and more like a friend's kitchen.
