Unveiled in 2019, Husk Micro Diner Beirut is where our delightful journey began. Nestled in the heart of Beirut, this flagship diner encapsulates our essence - a blend of tradition, modernity, and heartwarming hospitality. Fadi and Ramzi brought their childhood camaraderie to life, giving the city a taste of not just wholesome meals, but of lasting relationships and congenial conversations. It's not just a diner, but a testament to what genuine passion coupled with enduring friendship can brew.
In 2022, the Husk charm traversed the Mediterranean to grace the historic city of Cairo. This expansion marked our first steps on foreign soil, yet the ethos of Husk - the allure of good food and the warmth of community - found its echo amidst the rich heritage of Egypt.
As we ushered in 2023, Husk unfurled its wings back in its homeland with a new haven in Matn. This quaint town now hosts a space where laughter rings loud, stories flow free, and every meal is a celebration. Our new diner not only marks our return to our roots but symbolizes the unyielding bond of the Husk family.
